What We Offer
What services do we provide during the military and civilian shipbuilding process?
From the contract and tender preparation phase, we support your projects with comprehensive project management and consultancy services. We are with you in every detail, from technical specifications needed, budget and cost analyses, to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Pre-Contract/Tender Preparations (BID/RFI)
Creation of preliminary technical specifications specific to the project
Selection of products in accordance with the technical specifications
Determination of advantages/risks with alternative systems and solutions
Creation of project implementation schedule
Formation of the budgetary cost of selected products and evaluation of the project's target budget.
If requested:
- Preparation of draft load analysis document
- Creation of concept electrical single line diagram
Contract/Tender Preparations (RFP-RFQ)
Ensuring compatibility with customer requirements and project platform with class/standard requirements
Offering alternative solutions and conducting contract negotiations
Creating concept design for the electrical system in accordance with customer and platform requirements
Formulation of technical specifications for electrical and automation systems
Creation of compliance matrix diagram for technical requirements
Selection and budgeting of electrical and automation systems and equipment
Creation of a Price Breakdown Structure (PBS) in a format suitable for the tender document
Budgeted systems include:
- Generators (number, capacity, brand/model)
- Electrical integrator
- Control and command positions (number)
- Integrated platform management system (IPMS)
- Rectifiers, rectifiers, and batteries
- Converters and UPSs
- Transformers
- Lighting and warning systems
- Cables
- Consumables
- Special systems for the platform (e.g., magnetic field mitigation system)
Creation of a work program in accordance with the shipbuilding plan
Creation of a payment plan suitable for cash flow
Suitable for invitation to bid document:
- Preparation of electrical load analysis document
- Creation of concept electrical single line diagram
